"Orientation Training Program"
consists of the following:
Personal
Training
located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona

Hands-on training on how to professionally install our specially designed Synthetic Mirage Turf, including available optional equipment, and other products that can assist your business.

out or can be used as a mailer) that you can print your Name, Phone
Number and Business Address.
Certification
After the 2 day
training/orientation session is complete, a "Certificate of
Completion" will be issued to you. After you have sent us detailed
photos or video of at least 5 installed putting greens with fringe and
seams, we will send you a written test. Once you have past the written
test, we will issue you a Certificate as, an Mirage Putting Greens
"Certified Installer." This will entitle you to referred
leads.

Call us from (9 a.m. to 5
p.m. Mountain Time, Monday - Friday), so we can answer questions.
Further Details
Training is included in the Dealer Program. Customer\Purchaser will be
responsible for all other expenses, such as: airfare, hotel,
transportation, meals, and any other expenses they may occur on their
behalf.

Greens is offering
On-Site Installation Supervised
Assistance
of your Demo Green that
consists of the following:

Our experience has
shown that most new Dealers are intimidated or afraid when it comes to
installing their demo green or their first few jobs, especially if they
are large "hi-profile" jobs with seams and surrounding fringe.
We will fly in one of our veteran
corporate-team
installers to assist you with your Demo Green
install.

|
- By appointment
only. (minimum 15 day advance notice)
- Cost to Dealer is $ 500.00 per day, plus coach airfare and medium
range hotel/motel expenses.
- Minimum 2 day
on-site with one day as a free, no charge travel day.

Dealer responsible for Installers transportation to and from airport.
-
All materials and turf must be on-site prior to installers travel day.
-
Installer will assist Dealer (via telephone) with consultation
concerning
install, prior to installation date.

Installers responsibility will be to consult, supervise and assist in
the
installation of Dealers Demo Green. Installer will not be
responsible for
the installation labor. Dealer must have adequate labor
help on-site to
provide the installation labor. Dealer will assist in
any "hands-on"
technical labor, such as; installing seams,
cutting in fringe, cutting of
holes, and sculpturing of green.

Dealer shall be responsible to prepay the airfare and the per day rate
plus hotel/motel charges shall be paid on or before the last day of
installation.

Installer not responsible for bad weather days. Layover time shall be
mutually determined, as applicable.

over 300 sq. ft. that consists of
the following:

green over 300 sq. ft.

Cost to Dealer is $ 2.50 per sq. ft. for greens 300 to 500 sq. ft

Cost to Dealer is $ 2.00 per sq. ft. for greens 501 to 999 sq. ft
-
Cost to Dealer is $ 1.50 per sq. ft. for greens over 1000 sq. ft.
-
Dealer responsible for Installers coach airfare & medium range
hotel/motel expenses.
-
Dealer responsible for Installers transportation to and from airport.
-
All materials and turf must be on-site prior to installers travel day.

Installer will assist Dealer (via telephone) with consultation
